This site is run by Jelena Burcer as an individual creator. Any questions about your data can be sent to jelena.burcer@gmail.com.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, which you provide when submitting a form on this site. You may withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting me. Personal data is kept only as long as necessary to provide the playbook, newsletter, or related communications, or until you request deletion.

Only the information you choose to submit through the forms on this site:

• Playbook form — your first name and email, so the free LinkedIn playbook can be sent to you and you can be added to the newsletter.
• Notion templates form — your first name and email, so the free Notion templates can be sent to you and you can be added to the newsletter.
• Newsletter form — your email, so the weekly newsletter can be sent to you via Substack.
• Feedback box — the text you submit (anonymous, no name or email).

This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or marketing pixels.

Names and emails are stored in a database hosted on Lovable Cloud, with restricted access. Newsletter emails are sent through Substack.

Anything that requires payment — 1:1 sessions, workshops (including the "how to create aesthetic carousels" workshop and giveaway entry), and any future paid offers — is handled entirely on stan.store/jelenaburcer. You are redirected to Stan's platform to complete checkout, and all billing, card details, and payment data are processed and stored by Stan under their own privacy policy. No card or payment information is ever received or stored by this site.

Your data is never sold or traded.

This website may use essential technical cookies required for security, functionality, and delivery of the website. No advertising cookies are intentionally used.

You can unsubscribe at any time, or email jelena.burcer@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete any data held about you.
